Position: Wild Rice Fulfillment Coordinator Open: 03-09-26
Location: White Earth Close: 03-20-26
Pay: $19.45 Benefits: Full Status: Full Time

The White Earth Reservation Business Committee is currently seeking a qualified applicant who will be responsible for the actual distribution or movement of products/services to the customers, by assuring accuracy and completeness to the delivering of wild rice and other products to the end user. Responsible for labeling, packaging, date to day sales in store and fulfilling orders online.

Position out comes:
• Interreact with customers to provide information in response to products and services.
• Must use time efficiently according to orders as well balance job duties to assist walk in customers.
• Package and box Wild Rice Product’s.
• Balance cashier and Bank account
• Create invoices for orders
• Maintain record of orders and supporting documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of office products and supplies.
• Skilled in communication information and ideas both orally and in writing.
• Skilled in ability to incorporate logic and reasoning, combing information to form general rules or conclusions.
• Skilled in performing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Skilled in telephone procedures, etiquette, diplomacy.
• Skilled in operation office equipment, printers, copiers, fax, 10 key adding machines and or P.O.S.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance for travel between sites and other business-related destinations.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
