The Dispensary Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, recruiting, and interviewing processes.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure cleanliness throughout the dispensary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for upper management as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
